GENERAL MECHANICS

1. Promo is open to all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and spouse thereof, (the CUSTOMER) who will purchase or make a reservation for the following Hyundai vehicles: Sonata, Elantra, Accent, Accent Hatch, Grand i10, i10, Santa Fe, Tucson, Grand Starex and H100.
2. Promo runs from December 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 in all Hyundai dealerships nationwide.
3. Customer must be able to pay the reservation fee of any of the promo vehicles within the promo period to avail of the P15,000.00 cash discount on down payment and must present the following support requirements as proof of OFW status:
   1. Boarding pass or
   2. Any proof of employment as OFW
4. OFW Spouse may also avail of the discount if they will present the following requirements:
   1. Marriage Contract
   2. 2 Government IDs of the spouse making the purchase here in the Philippines
   3. OFW spouse’s copy of boarding pass or proof of employment as OFW.
5. Offer is only valid if the purchase is completed by December 31, 2016.

REFERRAL INCENTIVE

1. Existing One Hyundai Family (OHF) members may also refer an OFW who can avail of the discount and must accomplish the following requirements:
   1. Accomplish Customer Referral Form that will be provided by the dealer
   2. At least 2 government issued IDs
2. For each successful referral, an OHF member will receive P1,000.00 worth of Fuel Voucher.
3. The Fuel Voucher will be delivered to the member’s home address declared on the Customer Referral Form or may also be picked up at the his/her preferred Hyundai Dealership.
4. Offer is only valid if the purchase is completed by December 31, 2016.

RAFFLE PROMO

1. For every successful purchase of any of the promo vehicles at any authorized Hyundai dealership from December 1 to 31, 2016, customer (OFW / spouse thereof) will earn 1 raffle entry for a chance to win one (1) of any of the 3 prizes below:
   1. Air fare worth P50,000.00 for your OFW loved-one to Manila
   2. Family Getaway worth P30,000.00
   3. Cash Prize worth P10,000.00
2. To join, eligible customer has to completely and legibly fill out a coupon with his / her Name/Address/Signature/Contact No/Vehicle Purchased/Name of Dealership/VIN No. In the absence of VIN No., customer must put the Conduction Sticker No. Filled-out coupons must be dropped at any of the dropped boxes located in all participating dealers nationwide.
3. Three (3) winners will be drawn and will win one (1) of the three (3) prizes.
4. Deadline of submission of entries is on December 31, 2016, dealer business closing hours. Raffle draw will be held at the Hyundai Headquarters, 16F BGC Corporate Center, 3030 11th Avenue Corner 30thCity Center, Bonifacio Global City, in the presence of a DTI Representative on January 13, 2016 at 10am.
5. Winner will be notified through registered mail, e-mail and SMS on how and when they can claim the prize.
6. Winner shall have at least sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the notification letter from HARI on how to claim his / her prize. Winner shall present to HARI the notification letter and two (2) valid government-issued IDs with picture. HARI will only award the prize to the individual whose name is stated in the raffle coupon.
7. The prize can be claimed at the HARI Office. For provincial winner, however, prize can be claimed at the dealer where his / her vehicle was bought.
8. Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE but CONVERTIBLE to cash.
9. The decision of HARI with regard to the conduct of the promo and the raffle draw shall be final and binding on all participants with the concurrence of the DTI.
10. Employees of HARI, HARI Dealer Network and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in any manner in the raffle promo.
