GENERAL MECHANICS

1. The Hyundai Madly Wanting A Hyundai Sales Promo is open to all customers who will purchase any of the following Hyundai vehicles from any authorized Hyundai dealer nationwide (the “Dealers”) from February 1 to February 28, 2017: Eon, Accent, Tucson, Santa Fe, Grand Starex, Veloster, Elantra and Sonata.
2. HARI, the Dealers, and/or bank partners reserve the right to disapprove any application submitted which does not comply with these promo mechanics.  HARI’s and/or the Dealers’ decision on these matters shall be final and binding with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).
3. HARI, the Dealers, and/or the bank partners likewise reserve the right to disapprove any application which does not comply with requirements upon evaluation.
4. Promo runs from February 1 to February 28, 2017.  

SALES PROMO

1. Every purchase of a Hyundai vehicle covered in this promo from any Dealer nationwide entitles the customer to avail of any of the following easy-to-own packages as follows:
2. Bank financing is available through the following bank partners: Chinabank Savings, PNB, RCBC, East West Bank, BDO, BPI, Maybank and Security Bank. All bank financing offered in this promo are subject to compliance with the requirements of the respective banks and their approval.
3. Freight and handling charges will be added to vehicle purchases, if applicable.

RAFFLE PROMO

1. For every purchase of any of the promo vehicles at any authorized Hyundai dealership from February 1 - 28, 2017, customer will earn one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes. 
   1. Jeju Island Tour Package for two (2)
   2. Singapore Tour Package for two (2)
   3. Hong Kong Tour Package for two (2)
2. To join, eligible customer has to completely and legibly fill out a coupon with his/her Name/Address/Signature/Contact No/Vehicle Purchased/Name of Dealership/Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). In the absence of VIN, customer must put the Conduction Sticker No. Filled-out coupons must be dropped at any of the drop boxes located in all participating dealers nationwide.
3. Deadline of submission of entries is on February 28, 2017, dealer business closing hours. Raffle draw will be held at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, March 14, 2017, Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) Head Office, 16F BGC Corporate Center, 3030 11th Avenue Corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in the presence of a DTI Representative. 
4. Winners will be notified through registered mail, e-mail and telephone call on how and when they can claim the prize.
5. Winners shall have at least sixty [60] days from the date of receipt of the notification letter from HARI on how to claim his/her prize.  Winners shall present to HARI the notification letter and two (2) valid government-issued IDs with picture. HARI will only award the prize to the qualified individual with complete registration.
6. The prize can be claimed at the HARI Office. For provincial winner, however, prize can be claimed at the dealer where his/her vehicle was bought. 
7. Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE, but may be CONVERTIBLE to cash at the option of the winner.
8. The 20% prize tax will be shouldered by HARI.
9. The decision of HARI with regard to the conduct of the Promo and the electronic raffle draw shall be final and binding on all participants with the concurrence of the DTI.
10. Employees of HARI, HARI Dealer Network and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in any manner in the raffle promo.
