PROMO MECHANICS

1. Promo is open to all reserving / buying customers of the selected Premium Car Models below at any participating Hyundai Dealership within the promo period.
2. To join, eligible customer has to completely and legibly fill out a coupon with his/her Name/Address/Signature/Contact No/Vehicle Purchased/Name of Dealership/VIN No. In the absence of VIN No., customer must put the Conduction Sticker No. Filled-out coupons must be dropped at any of the drop boxes located in all participating dealers nationwide.
3. One (1) winner will be drawn and will take home a brand new Hyundai Elantra.
4. Deadline of submission of entries is on December 31, 2016, dealer business closing hours. Raffle draw will be held at the Hyundai Headquarters, 16F BGC Corporate Center, 3030 11th Avenue Corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig in the presence of a DTI Representative on January 13, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
5. Winner will be notified through registered mail, e-mail and SMS on how and when they can claim the prize.
6. Winner shall have at least sixty [60] days from the date of receipt of the notification letter from HARI on how to claim his/her prize. Winner shall present to HARI the notification letter and two (2) valid government-issued IDs with picture. HARI will only award the prize to the individual whose name is stated in the raffle coupon.
7. The prize can be claimed at the HARI Office. For provincial winner, however, prize can be claimed at the dealer where his/her vehicle was bought.
8. Prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE to cash.
9. The 20% prize tax will be shouldered by HARI.
10. The decision of HARI with regard to the conduct of the Promo and the raffle draw shall be final and binding on all participants with the concurrence of the DTI.
11. Employees of HARI, HARI Dealer Network and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in any manner in the raffle promo.
